Author Richard Russo, stands by the director’s chair that he used on the movie set of «Empire Falls,» based on of his Pulitizer Prize winning novel of the same title, at his home in Camden, Maine, Sept. 17, 2007. His new novel, «Bridge of Sighs,» was released Oct. 1. Russo is scheduled to speak in Syracuse in March 2010, as part of the Rosamond Gifford Lecture Series (embargoed until Feb. 25, 2009)
